Understand how the enrichment waterfall finds verified emails and phones
Enrich a single record or a whole list, targeting only the rows that need it
Find your past searches and save the audiences you reuse
Export your results to wherever you work next
A list of company and contact names is only useful once it carries verified ways to reach people, and once you can find it again later. This page covers enrichment, which fills in verified emails and phone numbers, and the history, saved searches, and exports that let you reuse and share your work.
Enrichment
Enrichment fills in the contact details that make a list usable, such as a verified work email or phone number. It uses a waterfall, which means Landbase checks multiple providers in order and verifies each result before adding it to your list.
How to enrich
Enrich a single record to see the waterfall work on one contact.
Batch-enrich a whole list, targeting only the rows that still need details so you do not pay twice.
Add verified phone numbers when you plan to call.
Enrichment runs on credits. A verified email costs 1 credit and a verified phone number costs 10, so enrich phone only when you plan to call. Most other actions in Landbase are free.
Tip
Target enrichment by row status so you only spend credits on the contacts that are still missing details.
History, saved searches, and exports
Your work in Landbase is saved as you go, so nothing you build gets lost.
What you can do
Find and reopen past searches and lists from your history.
Save an audience so you can reuse it later without rebuilding it.
Export your results in the format and to the destination you need.
Try it in Landbase
Describe your ideal customer in one sentence to build a first list.
Add at least three filters, such as one firmographic, one tech or funding filter, and one contact filter.
Stop once the count is small enough to act on, then enrich the rows that are missing an email.
