Your first search runs from start to finish: you describe the audience you want in natural language, the agent turns it into a real, structured list, and from there you fill in the contact details you need and save or export it. You never have to learn filter names first, and nothing you build is lost, so this one flow is the core loop you will use in Landbase every day.
The fastest way to build a list is to describe the audience the way you would explain it to a teammate, for example heads of marketing at B2B SaaS companies in California with 50 to 500 employees. Start a chat, type the request in natural language, and the agent reads it, chooses the right filters, and returns a structured list you can sort, enrich, and export. You do not need to know the exact filter names, and you refine by continuing the conversation rather than starting over.
Three levels decide what your list contains. Use Search Companies to build a list of accounts or size a market. Use Search Contacts to reach specific roles wherever they work. Use Build Audience to get the right people at the right companies in one step, which is the level you will use most for outbound. Titles are matched and expanded automatically, so VP Sales also catches Vice President, Sales.
You can turn what you describe into a saved, reusable audience that matches your ideal customer. Describe it by role, company type, size, and location, refine it with a filter or two, and save the result as a named audience you can return to and build on.
When the agent finishes, your results appear as a structured table, one match per row, with columns for the details that matter such as company details, role, and location. Sort and scan to judge fit at a glance, add or remove columns to focus, and treat the list as a starting point you can shape rather than a final answer.
You can trust what you see because the agent shows its work. It lays out the steps it ran and why, in the order it ran them, and rows it qualified carry a short evidence note. The data is drawn from a merged set of company and contact records, kept current on a regular refresh, so the rows reflect recent data rather than a stale cache.
Enrichment fills in the contact details a list needs to be usable, such as a verified work email or phone number. Rather than rely on a single source, Landbase checks many data providers in order: when the first has no verified result, it moves to the next, and keeps going until it finds one or runs out. It draws on more than 20 providers, so more records come back filled than any single database would return, and every result is verified before it is added, so you reach real inboxes and real numbers.
Target enrichment by the state of each row so you fill only what needs work. Empty rows are missing a value, stale values may be out of date, and not found marks rows a previous pass could not complete. Targeting by status means you do not refill data you already have.
Phone numbers turn a list into a callable one, and they are the hardest field to find and verify. Add them deliberately for the subset of contacts you actually plan to call, rather than across the whole list. Enrich email across the list first, then add phones for that subset.
Every search and list you build is saved to your account as a project, so nothing is lost between sessions, and lists you build in the CLI appear here too. Open Projects to reopen a past search and pick up where you left off, save an audience to reuse instead of rebuilding it, or duplicate it to branch a new version without losing the original.
When a list is ready, export it above the table. Choose companies or contacts, all columns or just the ones you care about, and only the rows you selected. The in-app file downloads as a spreadsheet, and data teams can take the result as JSONL or Parquet for their own pipelines. You do not have to export at all, since building, enriching, and outreach all live in Landbase.
Start with one clear sentence, then enrich and save.
