Company Lookalikes

Overview

When you close a customer you love, you want ten more like it. Instead of guessing on Google and checking companies one by one, let the agent find the pattern for you.

Two things make it work: run lookalikes on company domains, not people, and steer the agent by showing it both good and bad examples.

Steps

1. Open the web app chat.
2. Seed the agent with a few of your best customers and a couple of bad fits, all in one message.
3. Read the agent’s reasoning as it explains what the good fits share and how the bad fits differ.
4. Open the Filters tab and expand the websites toggle to see the roughly ten most similar companies it pinned.
5. Layer on normal filters like size or region to get qualified lookalikes, not just similar names.
