Series B financing often arrives after a company has established an initial product, customer base, and business model but still has substantial room to expand. The companies that raised these rounds in 2024 range from AI research labs and robotics developers to sales technology and property-management software providers.
For GTM teams, a funding event can also function as a recent funding signal. New capital can coincide with hiring, product development, geographic expansion, infrastructure investment, or changes in sales and marketing activity.
Every company included here announced a Series B during 2024.
The ranking considers:
CEO: Scott Wu

JMI Equity led DoorLoop's $100 million Series B in October 2024.
The round brought total funding to approximately $130 million.
Property management involves accounting, payments, communications, maintenance, leasing, and operational records that have historically been spread across multiple tools.
DoorLoop's financing reflects continued investment in vertical software designed around those industry-specific processes.
One pattern is especially clear: AI accounted for much of the largest and fastest-moving financing activity.
Mistral and Poolside raised capital for model development and compute-intensive infrastructure. Figure combined AI with physical robotics. Cognition and Hebbia applied AI to software engineering and knowledge work, while Decagon and Nooks applied it to specific business functions.
The list also demonstrates why funding should be treated as one part of company research rather than a standalone growth measurement.
Revenue, customers, usage, team expansion, product deployment, and subsequent financing all provide additional evidence. Contact and company data enrichment can then add the operational details required to turn a funding event into a usable account record.
Landbase can combine financing information with company, contact, enrichment, qualification, and signal data.
Its web and CLI interfaces operate against the same underlying data, datasets, account, and agent. An audience created visually can therefore move into a repeatable command-line process, while CLI-created datasets remain accessible through the web interface.
For complex research requirements, the Advanced Dataset Creator can translate natural-language requirements into structured queries involving filters, calculations, ratios, aggregations, and custom fields.
Current Landbase data infrastructure covers more than 40 million companies and more than 800 million contacts across more than 1,500 fields. Contact enrichment uses more than 20 data providers with verification for available work email and phone information.
A funding-based workflow can therefore extend beyond identifying that a company raised Series B. Additional criteria might include industry, employee growth, location, technology usage, senior leadership changes, or relevant hiring activity.
For account lists that should update as conditions change, always-on lists can surface new matches as defined signals appear.
The Landbase CLI setup also supports terminal workflows through environments such as Claude Code and Codex, allowing these datasets to participate in broader GTM operations.
Series B is generally an institutional financing stage that follows seed and Series A funding. Companies commonly use Series B capital to expand their products, teams, infrastructure, customer acquisition, or geographic reach after establishing early evidence that the business can scale.
Figure AI raised $675 million in February 2024, the largest Series B represented here. Mistral AI followed with €600 million, approximately $640 million at the time, while Poolside raised $500 million.
No. Financing measures capital raised rather than revenue or customer growth. This ranking therefore also considers disclosed metrics such as ARR, users, customers, deployments, valuation changes, headcount, and subsequent financing activity.
Generative AI created new markets in foundation models, software engineering, robotics, search, customer experience, research, and sales workflows. Many of these businesses also require substantial spending on compute, engineering, data, and infrastructure, contributing to larger financing requirements.
Funding data can be combined with criteria such as industry, geography, employee count, hiring, leadership changes, technology use, and company signals. Landbase supports these criteria in reusable datasets that can be enriched, qualified, and accessed through web or CLI workflows.
Tool and strategies modern teams need to help their companies grow.
