Partner-led revenue is becoming a larger part of B2B growth plans. Forrester's most recent Partner Ecosystem Marketing Survey found that 67% of respondents plan for indirect revenue to grow above or significantly above the prior year's.
A company hiring partner managers and channel leads will soon need a partner relationship management (PRM) platform, co-marketing, marketplace listings, enablement content and account-mapping data, which makes partnership hiring one of the clearer buying signals for vendors that sell into partner and channel teams.
This list ranks venture-backed companies by distinct manager-level partnership, alliance and channel job titles posted in the last 90 days, checked against careers pages and public sources.
Every company on the list had to meet four criteria:
Counts measure distinct job titles in Landbase's job-posting index over 90 days. Titles can repeat one role across cities or languages, or be reposted, so the counts are a signal of hiring intent rather than a count of confirmed hires.

Selling through managed service providers calls for partner program tooling, partner marketing and data on legal service providers.
First, high title counts often reflect regional variants. Human Interest's 40 titles are one partner account manager role across dozens of U.S. metros, fonio.ai's five are one role in five language markets, and three of Algolia's four are the same DACH role. Mistral, Engine, OpenSesame and Everlaw posted roles with different scopes, a sign of partner organizations being built in layers.
Second, partner types differ by business model. SMB-focused companies such as Human Interest, fonio.ai and Eye Security are building referral and reseller channels through brokers, accountants, agencies and MSPs. Enterprise AI and infrastructure companies such as Mistral, Cursor and Algolia are hiring for systems integrators, OEMs and cloud alliances, and Everlaw is scaling a managed service partner channel.
Third, partnership hiring is international: Aircall, Mistral, fonio.ai and Eye Security are hiring by territory across Europe, LATAM and APAC. Readers tracking that overlap can compare this list with Landbase's ranking of companies hiring sales leaders in Europe.
For GTM teams, partnership hiring is more useful when paired with funding, leadership changes, tech stack and data enrichment signals than when read on its own. Teams researching fast-scaling accounts can also review Landbase's list of AI startups adding headcount fastest.
All ten go-to-market hiring signals in this series are collected in GTM Hiring Signals to Watch in 2026.
The ranking in this article was built from Landbase job-posting data. A search found companies with partnership, alliance and channel postings at manager level or above over 90 days, filtered by employee count and funding, ranked by distinct titles and checked against public sources.
Landbase's web and CLI interfaces access the same account, datasets, and saved work.
For more complex requirements, the Advanced Dataset Creator supports filters, calculations, and custom output fields.
Landbase's data infrastructure includes more than 800 million contacts and more than 40 million companies across more than 1,500 fields, with enrichment from more than 20 providers.
A partnerships workflow could, for example, find companies that posted two or more partner manager or channel roles in the last 30 days, raised a Series B or later in the past year, and list a cloud marketplace or PRM tool in their stack, then return the contact details of the head of partnerships or VP of alliances who owns the program.
The Landbase CLI setup supports these workflows from a standard terminal and from AI coding environments including Claude Code and Codex.
Human Interest posted the most distinct partnership titles in the last 90 days, with 40, mostly one partner account manager role in different U.S. cities. Mistral, Engine and Aircall followed with six each.
It indicates that a company is building or expanding an indirect route to market through resellers, referral partners, systems integrators, alliances or marketplaces. These programs usually need new tooling, enablement content and partner data soon after the hires start.
Job postings show intent, not confirmed hires. Titles can be duplicated across cities or languages, reposted, or closed once filled. This list notes regional variants and checks careers pages and funding against public sources.
Relevant vendors include PRM and partner portal platforms, through-channel marketing tools, cloud marketplace listing services, partner enablement providers, and account-mapping and data-sharing vendors.
Teams can monitor partnership and channel postings alongside funding, headcount growth and technology data. Landbase supports this through job-posting data, company and contact enrichment, structured datasets and web and CLI workflows.
Tool and strategies modern teams need to help their companies grow.
