Company size still shapes who has a sales enablement function. CSO Insights data found that 77.1% of companies with more than 500 sellers had dedicated enablement, compared with 39.3% of companies with 25 or fewer.
A company that opens a sales or revenue enablement role is usually building onboarding, training and coaching for a growing sales team, which tends to bring purchases of enablement platforms, learning tools and call coaching software. That makes enablement hiring one of the more specific buying signals for vendors that sell to revenue teams.
This list ranks venture-backed companies by the number of distinct sales, revenue, GTM, partner and field enablement roles they posted in the 90 days before this analysis, then checks each against public sources.
Every company on the list had to meet four criteria:
Companies are ordered by the number of distinct enablement roles, with ties broken by 12-month headcount growth. Posting counts measure open requisitions in Landbase's job-posting index over 90 days. Roles can be reposted, listed in several locations or filled after indexing, so the counts signal intent rather than confirmed hires.

First, enablement hiring is concentrated in growth-stage companies. Seven of the ten announced rounds in the past 12 months, including Horizon3.ai's Series E and Parallel's Series B, Rox was reported to have raised another, and several said the money would fund sales and international expansion.
Second, the roles are increasingly specialized. Horizon3.ai splits enablement by segment and partner channel, Vanta by account management, upmarket and EMEA, Parloa by regional readiness, and sunday by country.
Third, enablement hiring tends to follow other GTM hiring. Bobyard, Vanta, Ironclad and Rox all list SDR or account executive openings alongside their enablement roles. The pattern is similar to the companies hiring the most SDRs, where new sales headcount creates demand for onboarding and training. Most postings were created between mid-August and late September.
For GTM teams, an enablement posting is more useful when paired with funding, sales hiring, leadership changes, technology and data enrichment signals than when read on its own. Related Landbase rankings cover AI startups adding headcount fastest.
All ten go-to-market hiring signals in this series are collected in GTM Hiring Signals to Watch in 2026.
The ranking in this article was built from Landbase job-posting data. A search counted distinct enablement postings over 90 days and filtered by employee count and funding.
Landbase's web and CLI interfaces access the same account, datasets, and saved work.
For more complex requirements, the Advanced Dataset Creator supports filters, calculations, and custom output fields.
Landbase's data infrastructure includes more than 800 million contacts and more than 40 million companies across more than 1,500 fields, with enrichment from more than 20 providers.
An enablement hiring workflow could, for example, find companies that posted a sales or revenue enablement role in the last 30 days, also posted three or more account executive or SDR roles, and raised a Series B or later in the past year, then return the contact details of the head of sales or revenue operations.
The Landbase CLI setup supports these workflows from a standard terminal and from AI coding environments including Claude Code and Codex.
Among venture-backed companies with 50 to 2,000 employees, Horizon3.ai, sunday and Vanta had the most distinct enablement roles in Landbase data over the last 90 days, with three each, followed by Bobyard, Parloa, Ironclad and osapiens with two each.
Opening an enablement role usually means a company is adding sellers, entering new markets or launching products and wants a repeatable way to onboard and train reps.
They show intent, not confirmed hires. A role can be reposted, listed in several locations or filled after it is indexed. Some roles counted here, such as two of Vanta's three, no longer appear on the company's careers page.

Teams can monitor job postings by title, count them over a set window, and combine the counts with funding, sales hiring and leadership changes. Landbase supports this through job-posting data, enrichment, structured datasets and web and CLI workflows.
Tool and strategies modern teams need to help their companies grow.
