Search the Web is most often used behind the scenes by other capabilities:- Qualify Leads calls it when web research is enabled, to research each record individually
- The agent calls it when you ask about a company not in the database
- It’s also available as a standalone tool for any web research task
What it returns
A list of ranked search results, each containing:- Link and display URL
- Title and description
- Rank position
- Site links (when available)
