Major Takeaways

Which companies are hiring the most revenue operations roles?
trawa, Juniper Square, AssetWatch, Rain and AfterShip led the ranking, each posting two distinct revenue operations or sales operations roles in the last 90 days. Ties were broken by 12-month headcount growth in Landbase data, where trawa was highest at more than 80%.
What does RevOps hiring say about these companies?
Most are Series B to Series D companies adding senior RevOps roles to rebuild CRM architecture, forecasting, attribution, CPQ and compensation, and several are splitting RevOps by motion, such as sales versus post-sales or partnerships. These projects usually come with tooling and services budgets.
How can GTM teams track RevOps hiring signals?
Job postings can be filtered by title, seniority and date, then combined with funding stage, headcount growth, CRM technology and geography. Landbase supports these workflows with job-posting signals, company and contact enrichment, structured datasets and CLI-based GTM operations.

Revenue operations is now a standard function at growth-stage companies. RevGuild's analysis of 2,211 U.S. RevOps job postings from the first half of 2026 found a median advertised salary of $112,000, with leadership-tier roles at a median of $175,000.

A company that opens a RevOps or sales operations role, especially at manager level or above, is usually about to redesign its CRM, rebuild forecasting, fix routing and attribution, or change how quotes and commissions work. That makes RevOps hiring one of the more practical buying signals for vendors that sell into the revenue team.

This list ranks 10 venture-backed companies by the number of distinct revenue operations and sales operations roles they posted in the 90 days before this analysis, with ties broken by 12-month headcount growth.

How the companies were selected

Every company on the list had to meet four criteria:

  • At least two distinct RevOps roles, counting job postings whose titles contain "revenue operations", "RevOps" or "sales operations", created in the last 90 days
  • 50 to 2,000 employees
  • Venture-backed and privately held, with at least one disclosed institutional round; publicly listed companies and companies owned by public or private equity parents were removed
  • Hiring for itself, excluding staffing firms, consultancies, expert networks and recruiting platforms that post RevOps roles for clients

Companies posting only analyst, specialist or intern roles were set aside. Companies already profiled in other Landbase rankings were also excluded.

Posting counts measure open requisitions in Landbase's job-posting index over 90 days. They can include reposts or the same role listed in several locations, and some roles may already be filled. The count is a signal of intent rather than a confirmed hire.

What the RevOps data shows

Several patterns repeat across the list.

First, the roles are senior. Six of the 10 companies posted at least one role at senior manager, director or head level, and Fleetio and trawa described the work as net-new or as rebuilding the function for its next growth stage rather than maintaining it.

Second, RevOps is being split by motion. AssetWatch and Tulip separated sales and post-sales operations, Juniper Square assigned a RevOps partner to its fund administration business, and GetYourGuide and Fleetio created operations roles for partnerships and SDR teams.

Third, the scope is moving toward systems engineering. Tulip's Revenue Operations Engineer builds agents on Clay and LLM platforms, and Rain and Fleetio ask for candidates who already automate their work with AI. The line between RevOps and GTM engineering is narrowing, a trend that also shows up in Landbase's list of companies hiring GTM Engineers.

The companies are mostly Series B to Series D and span fintech, industrial software, security, travel and e-commerce. For GTM teams, a senior RevOps posting is most useful when combined with funding, leadership change, CRM technology and data enrichment signals. Teams tracking growth more broadly can compare this list with Landbase's ranking of AI startups adding headcount fastest.

How to find companies with this hiring signal in Landbase

This ranking was built from Landbase job-posting data. A query identified venture-backed companies with 50 to 2,000 employees that posted revenue operations or sales operations roles in the last 90 days, counted distinct role titles per company, and added 12-month headcount change before the results were checked against public sources.

Landbase's web and CLI interfaces access the same account, datasets, and saved work.

For more complex requirements, the Advanced Dataset Creator supports filters, calculations, and custom output fields.

Landbase's data infrastructure includes more than 800 million contacts and more than 40 million companies across more than 1,500 fields, with enrichment from more than 20 providers.

A RevOps workflow could, for example, find companies that posted a Head, Director or Senior Manager of Revenue Operations in the last 60 days, raised a Series B or later, and use Salesforce or HubSpot, then pull the contact for the revenue operations leader or the CRO the role reports to.

The Landbase CLI setup supports these workflows from a standard terminal and from AI coding environments including Claude Code and Codex.
