QA Wolf targets a precise slice of the market. Their ICP requires companies to sell a QA software product and have at least 5 software engineers based in North America or select European countries, a combination that's nearly impossible to verify at scale without automation.

To keep outreach lists clean, QA Wolf relied on an overseas contractor to manually verify every account. But the process couldn't keep pace with demand. The longer the list, the more errors crept in, and sales reps were forced to re-check work before they could even start outreach.

Many B2B data sources lag by weeks. Landbase built a custom agent that checks each individual prospect's LinkedIn profile in real time, at the moment of outreach, to confirm current employment status.
