## MCP prompts and resources

Clients that support MCP prompts can use `build_prospect_list` or
`enrich_dataset` to start a guided workflow. Prompts are suggestions for the
model; they do not execute tools themselves.

Clients that support MCP resources can read `landbase://capabilities` for a
short version of the tool catalog, asynchronous-operation rules, and
confirmation requirements.
